Extremely showy to the point you’d expect it to be a hybrid, but in reality it’s one of the parents of most oriental hybrid lilies in cultivation. Hardy if somewhat slow from seeds.
Delayed hypogeal germination, sow in a pot outside in a bench, and you’ll have seedlings popping up within two years.
