Description
(CN: Henan: Xinyang, Shangcheng Xian)
This is an odd species, with glaucous, lanceolate foliage and sulphur yellow flowers. Hardy here, but problematic as it sprouts far too early – often in January. If anyone has a suggestion for an ID let us know!
