Description
(CN: Yunnan: Nujiang, Gongshan)
I’ve always found the Lilium brownii growing wild in Nujiang rather fascinating, as they’re very different from the form widely cultivated elsewhere in China for food. The large, open-flowered pics are from our supplier, with another example from Nujiang in the third pic (W/O-9150).
Untested for hardiness here, but we will know more in a year or two. For now I suggest protecting seedlings from hard frosts.
8+ seeds per package. Scarce! Collected 2025.
