Yunnan: Dehong
These were supposed to be from wild trees, but the group is also widely cultivated for the large, sour fruits used in lots and lots of Yunnan dishes. We won't hazard to guess what color the resulting flowers will have, but we're sure they'll be decorative - and (if you're cooking "Yunnan sour spicy fish" or making quince gin) tasty! Trees pictured are all from Dehong.
